ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Glen Reichenbach - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active 63 and/or 65 Financial services license required.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life within 30 days of employment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
